Shepard is the President and Founder of Property Management
Alliance, LLC and
CNY Alliance Realty,
LLC. He is licensed in the State of New York as a Real Estate
Broker. In the past, Doug has completed several transactions in
the industrial sector for corporations such as C-Cor, Hollowick,
Oneida Indian Tribe, Store America, and PPC. In addition, he has
also completed several transactions apartment buildings and
apartment complex's for private investors and institutional
buyers in the Multi-Family Industry.
Currently, his focus is on investment real estate - apartment
building/complexes with 10 - 400+ units, multi-tenanted
industrial buildings, and urban mixed-use office buildings that
have the possibility for re-development.
