Keith
Murphy is the Vice President and Co/Owner of Property Management
Alliance, LLC and an agent of
CNY Alliance Realty, LLC. He is licensed in the State of
New York
as a Real Estate Agent.
Keith is
native to
Syracuse
and
during
his sixteen years in business he has established a proven track
record for entrepreneurial business development
in
commercial and residential construction and specifically owns
and operates a painting company since 2001. He also owns
multiple residential multifamily homes in the Syracuse area
which all provides for his background in construction and
property management. Since 1999 Keith has resided in the
downtown area therefore bringing great knowledge of housing
market trends and revitalization projects in the City of
Syracuse.
Currently, his focus is on property management and
holds
responsibilities ranging from marketing, strategic planning and
overall operation services to route development and revenue
management for
apartment buildings and complexes with 10 - 400+ units.
