Terry Ballard serves as
Office
Manager for Property Management Alliance, LLC.
She is responsible for office development, credentialing,
billing, collections and tenant relations.
Ms. Ballard joined
Property
Management Alliance, LLC.
from Aspen Dental in July 2008 serving as Director, Practice
Support for Aspen Dental Management, Inc (ADMI). She was
responsible for training and development, insurance contracting
and credentialing, accounts receivables management, billing,
collections and patient relations.
Prior to joining Aspen
Dental in April 2000 Ms. Ballard worked for Eye Care Centers of
America, Inc., (ECCA, Inc.) serving as Manager and Managed
Vision Care Operations. Her role encompassed provider and
network education and training, benefit plan implementation
integrating all aspects of multiple point-of-sale systems in
coordination with merchandise updates including electronic
eligibility and claims submission for 370+ offices.
Ms. Ballard served in
the United States Army as an Aviation Operations Manager for 17
years serving in positions as Aviation Operations
Non-Commissioned Officer, Battalion Operations and Airfield
Commander in Europe, Asia and throughout the United States. Her
positions encompassed training and development, coordination and
management in areas of airfield management, air traffic control,
flight following, rapid area refueling operations, flight
operations, standards, FAA compliance, ground control, risk
management, safety, and OSHA for as many as 350 personnel.
