Douglas Shepard is the President and founder of
Property Management Alliance, LLC and CNY Alliance Realty, LLC. He is licensed in the State of New York as a Real Estate Broker.  In the past, Doug has completed several transactions in the industrial sector for corporations such as C-Cor, Hollowick, Oneida Indian Tribe, Store America, and PPC.  In addition, he has also completed apartment building and apartment complex transactions for private investors and institutional buyers in the Multi-Family Industry.

Currently, his focus is on investment real estate -- apartment building/complexes with 10 - 400+ units, multi-tenant industrial buildings, and urban mixed-use office buildings that have the potential for re-development.

Keith Murphy is the Vice President and Co-Owner of
Property Management Alliance, LLC and an agent of CNY Alliance Realty, LLC.  He is licensed in the State of New York as a Real Estate Agent. 

Keith is native to Syracuse and during his sixteen years in business he has established a proven track record for entrepreneurial business development in commercial and residential construction.  Keith owns and operates a painting company since 2001 and owns residential multi-family homes in the Syracuse area which all provide for his background in construction and property management.  Since 1999, Keith has resided in the downtown area therefore bringing knowledge of housing market trends and revitalization projects in the City of Syracuse.

Currently, his focus is on property management and holds responsibilities ranging from marketing, strategic planning and overall operation services to route development and revenue management for apartment buildings and complexes with 10 - 400+ units.
